Okay so the past two days have been BUSY trying to eat right is NOT coming as easy as it did when I first started in Feburary :o( Wednesday I did OKAY not great but okay. Thursday again just an OK food day. I have been walking 3 miles each day I did the bike 4 miles one day and 1 the other & lemme tell you my legs are SORE! Tonight I need prayer I will be up ALL night long with the Teens from Church we have a lock in at a sports zone place :o) Also I am struggleing with the boardem eating and the staying on track in that area.

It's because you were gone and you gained some weight, the cravings are coming back. Just stay strong, you CAN do this!
