Errands this morning, then home for lunch and a MAJOR workout!
Wii workouts: Biggest Loser (4 week challenge) 45 minutes w/ warm up and cool down, Fit Coach 30min Lower Body, 30minutes Flexibility.. Walk Away the Pounds 4 mile SUPER Challenge 1st and 3rd mile I did with a 16lb weighted vest.
After all that I ate me some dinner bathed and crashed until American Idol came on so I slept about an hour. I have set a goal on the Biggest Loser of 187lbs idk if thats a 4week goal or just an overall goal =) Its been a rough couple of days off but hopefully my NOT so great food choices and NO exercise did hinder or hurt me TOO badly.
